West Country catering recently hosted Medieval Banquets, as their preferred caterers the client wanted the evening to be as realistic as possible,so after much research the fabulous event was staged complete with authentic medieval costumes and entertainment including musicians and jesters.  The guests were treated to spit roasted pork, lamb and chickens along with a fine selection of roasted vegetables that would have graced the finest of medieval tables all served on wooden plates washed down with plentiful ale in pewter tankards.
